What guests loved:
Very comfortable. Stayed a few nights for the Winter Olympics and helped made my entire experience a great memorable one
Areas for improvement:
Perhaps the absence of front desk staff but it really is an apartmental property

What guests loved:
Perfect with a little kitchenette and some space to eat and rest. Didn't have time to use the pool unfortunately. Bus stop was right out front which was a big help. Grocery store only a short walk....
Areas for improvement:
The bed was a bit firm, but not that big of a deal. Reception (and most of Italy) closed from noon to 3 - which requires a bit of adjustment to american way of thinking and just need to plan ahead.

The room was very clean. The personnel are very polite and able to give great advice. The swimming pool was amazing and there was a baby room and a game room as well
Areas for improvement:
Sometimes after 22 there was still quite a lot of noise coming from the game room which was a bit problematic for our baby to sleep.
